MCC Begins China-Bangladesh Service

MCC Transport, A.P. Moller-Maersk’s intra-Asia shipping division, launched a 13-day transit service between China and Bangladesh.

The Shanghai 1 (SH-1) will sail each Sunday from Shanghai to the main Bangladesh gateway of Chittagong, with transhipment options for Southeast Asia available via the company’s hub of Tanjung Pelepas in Malaysia.

SH-1 runs on a 28-day rotation covering the ports of Tanjung Pelepas – Chittagong - Tanjung Pelepas – Singapore – Shanghai – Tanjung Pelepas.
