OOCL receives 4,578-TEU vessel

Hong Kong-based carrier OOCL said it has received the 14th of 16 scheduled deliveries of 4,578-TEU vessels built at Samsung Heavy Industries’ Geoje Shipyard in South Korea.

The OOCL Guangzhou will be deployed on the South China East Coast Express (SCE) service, which has a rotation of Kaohsiung, Shekou, Hong Kong, Balboa , Kingston, New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Cristobal and Kaohsiung.
